How it works
- 1
Get your checklist
We give you a written checklist for your destination and circumstances.
- 2
Prepare your file
Collect documents and complete forms with guidance from your counsellor.
- 3
Senior review
A senior counsellor checks the whole file for gaps and inconsistencies.
- 4
Submit and prepare
You submit, attend biometrics and, where needed, an interview, after practice sessions with us.
What we help with
- A written visa checklist for your country, visa type and circumstances
- Guidance on financial evidence: amounts, account history and loan letters
- Help completing online forms accurately
- Review of statements of purpose or genuine student answers where required
- Booking guidance for biometrics, medicals and tuberculosis tests
- Mock interviews for countries that interview, such as the USA
- Guidance on dependant visas where family members will travel
Senior review before you submit
Every visa file we support is checked by a second, senior counsellor before submission. They look for missing documents, mismatched dates or names, weak financial evidence and answers that do not add up. It is one of our written promises.
What we will never do
- Promise or guarantee a visa outcome
- Suggest or accept false, borrowed or edited documents
- Advise you to hide a previous refusal or other material facts
- Charge you hidden processing fees
Fees you pay directly
Visa application fees, the UK Immigration Health Surcharge, the US SEVIS fee, biometrics and any visa centre services are paid by you directly to the government or its appointed centre. Moksh's visa assistance is free.
If your visa is refused
We read the refusal letter with you, explain the reasons and discuss your options, such as reapplying with stronger evidence, seeking a review where available, or deferring to a later intake. This support is also free.
Frequently asked questions
Can Moksh guarantee my visa?
No. Only the immigration authority of the destination country can decide. Anyone who guarantees a visa is being dishonest with you.
How long does a student visa take?
It depends on the country, the time of year and your individual case, from a few weeks to a few months. We give you current official guidance for your destination and suggest applying as early as allowed.
Do you attend the visa interview with me?
No. Interviews are between you and the consular officer. We prepare you with mock interviews and feedback.
I had a previous visa refusal. Can you help?
Yes. Always disclose previous refusals. We help you understand what went wrong and whether a new application can address it.
Is there a charge for visa assistance?
No charge from Moksh. You pay government and visa centre fees directly.
