Our standards
- We follow the principles of the National Code of Ethical Practice for UK Education Agents, the Agent Quality Framework principles used in Australia, and each destination's agent rules.
- Every visa file is reviewed by a second, senior counsellor before submission.
- Counsellors are not paid by application volume.
- We disclose our commercial relationships to students who ask.
