The name
Why ‘Moksh’?
Moksh is the Hindi word for liberation, from the Sanskrit moksha. We chose it because studying abroad is, for most of our students, the first big decision they make entirely for themselves. EduFX is the other half of the name: education, and the foreign-exchange side of it, such as fees, remittances and living costs, worked out in rupees before you commit.
Our mark is a lotus with a rising centre petal over a horizon line: roots at home, reaching somewhere new. The saffron flame is the ambition you bring; the indigo petals are the support around it.
A world where a student's ambition, not their postcode or their family's connections, decides where they study.

Free, and honest about why
Counselling is free for students. Universities pay us when a student enrols, and we say so openly. We will never steer you to a university because it pays more.
Your fit before our target
Counsellors are not paid on the number of applications they file. They are reviewed on visa outcomes and on how students rate their advice a year after arrival.
Written, not whispered
Every shortlist, fee estimate and visa checklist we give you is written down, so you can show it to your family and check it against the official source.
With you after you land
Our work does not end at the visa. We help with housing, banking, a SIM card and your first weeks, and we stay reachable through your course.
Transparency
How Moksh is paid
Students do not pay us for counselling, shortlisting, applications, offer acceptance or visa guidance. When a student we have advised enrols at a university that has an agreement with us, that university pays Moksh a fee. This is how most study abroad counselling in India and around the world is funded.
Because that creates an obvious temptation, we have three rules. Counsellors are not paid by the number of applications they file. Every shortlist explains in writing why each university is on it. And if you ask whether we have an agreement with any university on your list, we will tell you.
Some optional services, such as structured test preparation, may be charged in future. Their prices will be published before you sign up, and our refund policy applies.
