Frequently asked questions
Is an Express Offer result an offer from the university?
No. It is an indicative check of your profile against the course's published entry requirements. Universities make the final decision after reviewing your full application. When a result says ‘likely eligible’, a counsellor can confirm it with the university before you apply.
Why are only some courses included?
We include courses whose entry requirements are clear and published, so the check is meaningful. For any other course, a counsellor will check your eligibility by hand.
How do you compare PTE, TOEFL and Duolingo scores with IELTS?
We use rounded equivalences based on published concordance tables. Each university uses its own table, so treat a borderline result as a ‘close match’ and check with us.
Do you store what I enter?
No. The eligibility check does not save your answers. We only keep details you choose to send us in a form.
